When I first came to see Leah I was at rock bottom, my marriage had fallen apart, I had nothing left financially, and I had no self esteem or self respect.
I hardly recognise the person I have become now through working with Leah and putting the hard work in to myself.
I now know that to be a better Mum I need to spend time on myself, which is always hard to do, but is very important for me as a person.
The tools that Leah uses are basic but very affective tools in helping you to gain success.
Leah has helped me to gain strength and confidence and to believe in myself.
The goals that I set within the coaching environment I have achieved within a year and amazed myself, as when I set the goals they seemed so unachievable and I have achieved them within a quarter of the time.
Leah has helped me get my life back on track, to discover what I want to achieve in my life and to find out who I am and love the person that I have become.
I am proud of my achievements as a woman, a single Mum of two, and my successes within my own business.
The journey of self discovery has been interesting, exciting and one hundred percent worth it.
Going to see Leah at Top Gear Coaching has been the best investment I have ever put in to myself.

Having a Life Coach brings about the start of a wonderful journey – one of self-discovery and self-development. It is a time to take stock of your life and start living it for yourself – not everyone else. The amazing thing for me was to realise that having a mental handicap – living with Bipolar – was no barrier. A Life Coach like Leah accepts who you are and what you are about.
I put the effort in to deal with the issues I was facing in my life and it paid off big time! I now have a much better relationship with my teenage son and feel proud of what I have achieved as a single parent. I have also made an impact on my son's own relationship with his estranged father and have brought about a reunion within my family during the difficult time of my mother's recent battle with cancer.
I have accepted who I am and what I want out of life and I make the time to meet my own needs. I can now take the challenges and opportunities that come my way and do whatever I set my mind to do.
Thank you Leah for giving me the directions I needed and the tools to make the changes along the way.

Looking back at the last two years I hardly recognise the person I was before starting coaching with Leah.
My approach to life has gone from -
'What will they think' to 'Who cares, I know who I am. You be yourself'
'What if I say something wrong?' to 'This is what I have to say, say what you want.'
'I have nothing worth saying' to 'I have a voice and I have value'
'What if I do something wrong?' to 'This is what needs doing, lets get on and do it'
Gone is the victim mentality.
I know what I value, I put myself first (which as a Mum was very hard to understand) I decide what is important to me because I know what I want out of life and that I can do it!
With Leah's help and guidance I have found an eating and exercise plan that works for me and have lost 30kgs!
Within our business I am now up training on a regular basis in front of 40+ people, and LOVING it. My husband and I were asked to give a testimonial at a function in Brisbane in front of 4000+ people – I did all the talking, he could not get a word in!
Our Daughter is studying overseas for a year. I believe that had this presented itself 2 or 3 years ago it would not have happened. I would not have allowed her because I was insecure and scared! I am so proud of her for she is finding who she is and what she wants out of life.
I bring to our marriage a partnership that is based on respect for self and each other. We talk more about what we want as individuals and as a family – my husband is very careful how he asks what I am doing this weekend as I know before it was always 'I don't know, what do you want to do?' and he always had an answer, so I resented and blamed him for not doing anything I wanted to do! Both as a family and individually we now have goals written down for the short and long term that we are working towards. This has never happened before!
My whole world has opened up and changed in ways I can not believe or even begin to tell you – I smile heaps, laugh lots and approach life with a non-judgemental, confident, assured way.
A long time friend asked me why I was so happy and what had made me change so much – my answer: 'I know who I am on the inside. The energy I have now is amazing because I no longer have to wear the mask that I thought I had to wear to hide the real me. What you see is me!'

Coaching Testimonial
At the end of last year I was forced to quit a career due to
health reasons. This left me with a very cloudy future, or so I
thought at the time. I was introduced to Leah and the concept of
life coaching which I can now look back on a very wise decision.
I have found life coaching a very interesting part of my life as
I have redirected my future, become aware of my potential,
strengthened my ambition and realised the importance of setting
and achieving goals. All of this has been with the personal
assistance and guidance of Leah.
The presentation of the coaching is very organised, structured,
but very unique and personal. I first started with testing which
focused on my attributes and behavioural patterns. This gave me
an insight into why I do things a certain way and how I can
capitalise on these to achieve what I have in mind. From here
Leah’s versatile planning has let me choose my coaching sessions
from weekly, to fortnightly and now monthly to suit my needs as
I see fit.
Now that I have been in my job for six months I have focused my
coaching on other areas in my life. From family to finance,
sport to investment, I find Leah’s wide knowledge base very
informative and encouraging. I am looking forward to advancing
in my career, investing in various areas, creating sporting
goals and generally looking at life with results in mind.
I believe that coaching does help.
